Antibody Discovery

Our antibody discovery platform integrates advanced antigen presentation technologiesfully humanized antibody mouse models, and high-throughput screeningto generate high-affinity, high-specificity antibodies. Target antigens are produced in proprietary mouse cell lines, conjugated to mouse spleen cells, or coupled to nanoscale gas vesicles, then used to immunize standard or fully humanized mice. Antibody candidates are identified through hybridoma screening or single B-cell sequencing and subjected to rigorous, multi-step evaluations of binding specificity, affinity, and functional activity, ensuring the selection of the most promising and development-ready molecules.
