Our proprietary TCR-pMHC prediction and validation platform leverages advanced AI-based algorithms to rapidly and accurately identify TCR-pMHC pair sequences, offering superior accuracy and efficiency compared to existing technologies. The prediction engine is designed to handle large datasets and complex TCR-pMHC interactions, enabling precise matching essential for immunotherapy development. Complementing this is our high-throughput validation system, which features robust pMHC expression and efficient screening of TCR interactions. Predicted TCRs are functionally expressed in engineered NK cells, allowing for scalable and reliable assessment of binding and functionality, streamlining the transition from in silico prediction to experimental validation.
